1.
Every person who wishes to be registered as a student for
a degree of University shall pay to the University such registration fee and thereafter,
such other fees, as the Council may from time to time determine.
2.
The University shall have the right to withhold the conferment
of any degree, certificate or award until any outstanding fees are settled with
University.
